Nightjar

My first acrylic painting in ages! It's based on a photo from a RSPB Birds magazine. Nightjars are such cute birds, I've never seen a live one but hope to one day. I really enjoyed painting this, it took me quite a while to do but I'm quite pleased with the result

This isn't the best photo of it but hopefully I'll be able to borrow a better camera soon and replace it with a prettier version.
